What we do
Two practices. Every mandate is led by a principal.
We advise management teams on structure, commercial performance, and the operating decisions that follow a change in scale. Work is carried out with the client team rather than presented to it.
- 01Operating model and organisational design
- 02Commercial strategy and revenue performance
- 03Market entry across the GCC, APAC, and Europe
- 04Interim leadership and programme oversight
We advise on group structure, capital, and transactions. The work is grounded in executed mandates across regulated financial services, infrastructure, and commodities.
- 01Group and jurisdictional structuring
- 02Capital raising and investor documentation
- 03Transaction preparation and negotiation
- 04Counterparty and pre transaction diligence
02
How an engagement runs
Three stages. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before work begins.
Stage oneScopeWe define the problem, the deliverable, and the commercial terms in writing. No fees are incurred before those terms are agreed.
Stage twoExecutionA principal leads the mandate throughout. Progress is reported on a fixed cadence and all output is documented.
Stage threeImplementationWe remain engaged through implementation and hand over against a defined close out, not at the point of recommendation.
